My wordpress site's URLs look strange. How do I change them?

The URLs on a wordpress site, also called permalinks, would have numbers on it by default.You can change the URLs so that they would have the titles of your web pages in them, to make them more user-friendly. To do that, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your wordpress dashboard.

2. Click on Settings, and then click on Permalinks.

3. On the Permalink Settings screen, select Custom Structure.

    

4. Type /%postname% into the Custom Structure field.

5. Scroll down and click Save Changes.
