It's a matter of preference, I think. There are a lot of other networks out there, and each has its own set of pros and cons. You can check our Mark's list of alternatives to Clickbank.

CJ is good for physical products. Like Cecille says, it really depends on what you need (and why you don't want to go with Clickbank).

Amazon is also a good network to join if you're looking to promote physical products. They don't offer much in way of commissions though. Both Commission Junction (CJ) and Amazon require you have a site up when joining so this is a minus if you are just starting out. So far, the quickest way to get started with affiliate marketing is through Clickbank.

Or if I may add, you may also try to look at Ebay affiliates if you are not a fan of setting up your own site. There are a lot of people who are earning through Ebay also. You just need to know which company/suppliers are good for Ebay products.

wherever you feel comfortable, research that. Yes, your comfort zone apart, research, and complete knowledge of your affiliate program is a MUST...even with Click bank, go on studying; understanding you subject....
