Hi Michael,
Have you found a writer yet? While you are scouting, I hope you don't mind if I share some pointers on hiring a writer:
1. Make sure that your job advert is clear and concise. Indicate the kind of work you want done, give emphasis on quality, when you expect to receive the drafts, if you want updates daily on the progress of the project, etc.
2. Check the candidate's feedback rating (if available) as well as as his most recent works. The feedback will give you an idea of the writer's work ethics as well as an idea of the quality of his work.
3. I suggest you get the average fee writers are paid for the same work you want done so you know if you are spending too much or rate is too low.
Once you've hired a writer, make sure to keep in touch with the writer and provide feedback on the articles as they are submitted to you (that is, if quality is not up to par, grammatical errors, etc).
Hope that helps. Have a good day!
