It depends on the product you are promoting and what kind of advertising networks you have in mind. I'm not really sure what you mean by "advertising network." There really is no magic answer. You could also try social media sites, solo ads, safelists and classified ads as well as article marketing. It's always best not to put all your eggs in one basket if at all possible.

If by advertising network you are referring to paid ads, it will really depend on which one works for you, particularly what works for your product and your market.

You can try to divide your advertising budget and invest in several different ad campaigns instead of one. This way you are not dependent on just one ad company and you can compare the results over time.

For paid ads, you can look into solo ads (if you are running an autoresponder), Adwords, and FB ads to mention a few.

It really depends on your niche but if you ask me, I prefer Google Adwords and Facebook Ads.
