 I just signed up to get the free tmplates and I verified my email address and wws then tken to a login page, put in my info and taken to a paypal payment page. I don't use paypal, I ont use paypal, nd I don't see why I should have to input my info to paypal to receive the templates.

Simply follow the login link in the welcome email. There is no need for payment for the free templates.
