 MDR providers proactively monitor their customers' networks, endpoints, and other IT resources for security incidents. Upon detection of threats, the MDR provider investigates and resolves issues without requiring direct response from their client. So, I think it is essential to address MDR companies regularly.

We ended up working with UnderDefense and were pleased with the results.
