To follow an existing forum thread, you need to reply by clicking "Post a reply"
After typing in your reply, tick the box beside Notify when a reply is posted.
If you want to post and follow a new topic, make sure you tick the same box before clicking Submit.
You can remove this anytime by clicking on Edit My Account link on the top right corner of the page, then going to the Subscriptions tab.
