Do You Post Content For SEO Purposes

There are so many different ways that we can send traffic to your websites. SEO is just a one strategy in it's self. Probably one of the hardest and takes the most time strategies that are out there.

For some reason I always find myself sticking to SEO as one of the main strategies that I want to implement in my business. Maybe because this is the long term gratification you can get by getting this type of traffic. Also, this is what the internet is based around. Content and connecting people to it.

Lately I have found myself wondering off so to speak and spending more time on other strategies and really have not done much with my two of my sites I wanted to build just for this purpose. I went back and spent a little time and created a new post about creating a Internet Marketing System.

I need to make sure to include SEO in my daily plans.

When creating your content you need to use both on-page and off-page optimization techniques for your highest changes of getting picked up. I have found that using youtube videos has really helped my with my on-page seo. What have you noticed lately?

Thanks for sharing, marketsearch!

There are other ways to get traffic to your site but making sure you've done your on-page SEO is not bad. Always make sure to optimize your content because whether we like it or not, search engines will index and crawl that. Getting on top of the SERPs won't be so bad either, so doing on and off page SEO is always a must.

Have a good day!

One thing I have noticed lately is sites with lots of style and pictures and little content taking over in some of the niches I am interested in.

I have always been told that content is king and the site I like best recently went from page one P one to P 7 or 8. A couple other sites are now in P 1 & 2 but that are not new sites they are 8 and 10 years old but I have never seen them before so I kind of wonder where they have been. However as I said to me I wonder where the content is because on these two sites I have never seen before have nothing but pictures, so how did they surpass the site I like that was on page one P one which had a great article on it's home page.

How does Google look for it's search ranking if there is no content to scan, I just don't understand this happening.

Good question! I wonder how much meta tags and descriptions play a roll. See if they stay there or drop in a few days. Also I wonder how much authority backlinking the site has done.

One of the sites I am talking about has a page rank of over 6 and is 10 years old so i don't understand why it hasn't been on page one till now, maybe the site was really crap and the site was re designed I don't know I just don't remember seeing it before and I am the kind of person who doesn't mind going a good 10 pages into the search results to see what is there. I have been doing that for years because for so long I couldn't find the information I was looking for anywhere on the sites that used to show up on page 1 P 1 and often wondered who in the world they got there. Now it seems to be happening again after many years of thinking the sites that were on page one deserved to be there.

Posting content for SEO purposes can be a very thrilling experience. You would come to know about so many things about SEO techniques in the process. Content creation is of course the backbone of SEO and it is followed by other methods of link building.
