Setting up different IP's for network sites

Hi
I would like to set up a series of network sites (perhaps 20>30), all with separate IP's but all pointing to one main site. Does anyone know of a service that offers this facility and/or software. I have experience of this but it was done for me as I paid. The different IP addresses also vary geographically within Europe and are not restricted to UK where the main site would be. Each network site in turn links to a netwrok site by keyword. Each network site has a graphic with the ahref tag in, not essentially by keyword.

 Your best bet is to go with the five different hosts. Buy a baby pack from top 5 webhosts and you are good to go. If you can afford more then buy more.
