Why Use Pinterest For Marketing

Some believe Pinterest is for pinning recipes and women's fashions. Though you can find them on Pinterest, it is also great for marketing and promoting your online business.

The members have above average income and spend twice as much as members on Facebook.

It is visual, so visitors can see an image of your product, as compared to text like Twitter.

You can link your boards directly to your website. They have a page rank of 8, so Google loves Pinterest, and what is better than free organic traffic from the #1 search engine.

To gain more traffic, use keywords in your board title and board description.

You can place all of your products on Pinterest including the price, which can be shown directly on the board.

Pinterest is another marketing tool to get more exposure for your online business.

Yes, Pinterest is a great way for promoting your site and products. It's not applicable to all niches (I can't see it being used to promote cures for hemorrhoid) but with a little creativity, you can find a way (like sharing an infographic on the history and cure for hemorrhoid).

Pinterest is a great way to share with your target market, and from the images you share in it, you can add a link directly to your site so you not only build backlinks and engage your users but you also get traffic.

Thanks for sharing! Happy Holidays!

All the best,

Yes, Pinterest is the most effective marketing tool to build your business. Now a days marketers are using Pinterest to inspire people to collect and share pictures of their favourite products. You can market your business with Pinterest in several ways such as:
1. You can run the Contests topic on pinterest
2. You can use images of your clients and pasting their feedback.
3. Pin video about your product and services.
4. Share your clients stories with them. You can turn case studies into engaging traffic.
5. Create conference boards.
Pinterest has prove itself very productive to business owners who are looking to market their business.
I will suggest to every business owners to join pinterest in order to work creatively and effectively.

Thanks

All the Best !!!

Pinterest is an incredibly viable marketing tool, especially if you have great images for people to pin & share with their followers. They're becoming much more specific lately with their "Interests" option. They suggest a number boards based on your interest areas (areas that you've recently searched). It will be interesting to see how this develops over time & how competitive the market becomes in this sector...people jockeying to get to the top rankings in the interest categories. Perhaps, over time, it will not be as narrow of a demographic as it currently is.

you have pictures.....its a picture showcase social media platform. Its not going to work for every niche and business. Most users on Pinterest are women, so for example, all men's products or services targeted at Men way do well on Pinterest.

I agree with most but I think it is still important to remember that Pinterest is very visual. I don't recommend posting for the sake of posting. Make sure that photos or infographics of your products are visually attractive. Get professional photographers or graphic artist services if needed.

I tried to go to affiliatebookmark, but it only brought me to a language option and would go no further.

The best use of Pinterest are for niche infographics. And, you can use infographics for any niche that you happen to be in, including beauty, health, webmaster, SEO, pet care, parenting or any other. These infographics have a high repin rate and are usually considered more useful than random funny memes that you might find on Facebook.
