 To check your most-followed followers on Twitter, you can use Twitter's own analytics tool. Here's how:

1. Go to your Twitter profile and click on the "View Profile" button.
2. On the following page, scroll down to the "Twitter Analytics" section and click on the "See all" button.
3. The next page will show a list of all the tweets you've sent as well as some analytics data for your account, including your top followers.

 Scroll down to "Top Follower".
You can see your top follower for the current month; in other words, this is the user with the highest follower count that followed you in the month. If you don't have a Top Follower for the month it simply says "No new followers in(current month)."
