You have described pretty right. In my opinion, customer engagement marketing is all about communication with customers. It may be leads, it may be a group or individual communication, but the matter is to contact with customers and engage them in your marketing strategy. You should explain everything like why you offer such a product and why it is beneficial for them. Customers always listen to something that is interested to them. You should find the answer: what is interesting in my product for my customers? So, the best way is to allocate the advantages of your product and deliver these advantages to customers.

Some marketers always write emails, write in social media or in community groups. Their aim is to prove that the product is much more effective than something that they use these days. It's quite a tough task, but it's possible.

Well... I have never trusted various tools for attracting customers, I don't know why.
Without a doubt, I have some tools which help me with lead generation for example, but customers are engaged mechanically on my own.
I create ads, banners, I attract clients in social media, everything is done by me and in my opinion it's the best way to dive in this activity and understand whether it's something that you really want to do in your life or not.

One can state that it's super difficult to engage customers on your own, while I claim that it's tough, but possible anyway. Yeah, due to automized system you can generate thousands of customers, but there is no personal development in this process.
I don't really know, maybe my approach it kinda weird and wrong, but I try to follow the rules I set up on my own for my personal development.
Guess that there is nothing better than understand that everything you create belongs to you and you have built up everything on your own. Proud enough.

But in my view, App Marketing is also beneficial in Customer Engagement Marketing. Mobile applications are strong business assets since they vastly expand online reach. Additionally, companies may use these smart apps to foster brand loyalty and long-term partnerships. The biggest challenge, though, is catching consumers' attention and keeping it long enough for them to download and use the applications.
