Kindle traffic is traffic you get from publishing a book to Kindle. If you're thinking of this type of traffic, then think about expanding it to other platforms (like iTunes, Kobo) which you can easily do using Smashwords to publish to other platforms--same ebook for all. See http://smashwords.com.

Ebooks for traffic are usually offered free, with links back to where you want your reader to go.

One other thing- there isn't a "best source" of traffic. It's more like finding the traffic source--or traffic sources, because you don't want to use just one source-- that would work for you in relation to what you are marketing. As an example, for me in my main business, twitter doesnt' work well, so I don't care how many people in the marketing world swear by it--I've tested it for me and it's too much time relative to the little return I get from it.

I agree, there is no "best" traffic. You have to go by what works for you as far as getting traffic. You also have to consider the kind of traffic you''re getting. If you're getting lots of targeted traffic from one source, then that's a good source for your site.

Kindle traffic is one way to get traffic to your site. Solo ads work well for getting traffic to your squeeze page. YouTube and Facebook marketing can bring you good traffic too.

Hope that helps. Have a good day!

Hello all!
Not that I recommend everyone jump in with both feet to paid traffic since it can be expensive but I think that anyone who is serious about internet marketing should be learning about paid traffic as part of there marketing education. I say this because building a site for paid traffic is different than building a site for natural SEO ranking traffic and with Google constantly changing there algorithms I think it will be harder and harder to rank sites and even harder to maintain rankings without constantly changing link strategies.

Never Give Up!!!!

While I wouldn't recommend new affiliates to invest in paid traffic methods, I have to agree that they should learn about these methods too. At least try one paid method and see how it works.

It does present a certain financial investment, but even if doesn't fly then you still win a bit because then you know how the method works and if it works for your site.

Search engines are a great source of free traffic, but this takes a considerable amount of time. Mixing your SEO efforts with a paid traffic method or two will bring you better, and somewhat faster, results than doing pure SEO.

Hope that helps. Have a good day!

There is not a short cut to get good traffic except paid traffic although it is costly than search engine optimization. You would have to optimize your website on keywords which have nice searches.

Start search engine optimization and social media optimization to receive good traffic to your website.
