*Mondays are usually the busiest days
*Weekends normally have a low open rate
*Based on Mailchimp's study: Tuesdays and Thursdays appear to have the highest open rate for emails
However, please do remember that the above tips are 'general' tips, which may not work for everyone. The success of a campaign still depends on a lot of factors.
What you must remember is to conduct a lot of test campaigns, experiment with different days and time of sending our your newsletters, and know your market well so you can tweak your content and campaign based on your market's needs and wants.
