When is the best time or day to send newsletters?

Probably stupid question, but are there any given days of the week that are statistically proven to produce superior results than other days of the week for sending a solo add. My niche is women's dating advise if that makes any difference...

 Hi Jack,

Here are a few tips/facts:

*It is good to send out your campaign during the daytime
*Mondays are usually the busiest days
*Weekends normally have a low open rate
*Based on Mailchimp's study: Tuesdays and Thursdays appear to have the highest open rate for emails

However, please do remember that the above tips are 'general' tips, which may not work for everyone. The success of a campaign still depends on a lot of factors.

What you must remember is to conduct a lot of test campaigns, experiment with different days and time of sending our your newsletters, and know your market well so you can tweak your content and campaign based on your market's needs and wants.

 Depending for what regions you want to mail the letters. You should devide it depending on regions and according to their local time send the messages according to advices posted above.
Also,to not spend time for this at night you may set the time for it.

 From mine point of view, it's not a stupid question. There is no any best time to send newsletter probably you can say the weekend is the best to send the newsletter.

 It depends on your time zone and geographical location of the area that you are targeting but if it is for the internet world generally,then noting the best time or day isn't necessary since those that are inactive will still check thier email inbox later in the day.

 It depends on what time zone covers your site. Of course, the best days is weekdays, but not Friday :) Weekends its time for relax and no many people check e-mail or like some other advertisement at this time.

 In my opinion, I think the best time for sending email newsletters to your subscribers is during the middle time of the week (Tuesday, Wednesdays, Thursdays). Well the reason for this is based on my own experience as I get more response when I sent my messages during these days. It can even lead to a point of conversion as I often promote affiliate offers online which also coincide with my efforts of using an offerwall in my website (both of these help me earn more money as I go about and do business on the internet)...:)
