I’m heading to Malaysia soon

I’m heading to Malaysia soon and considering whether to rent motorcycle Kuala Lumpur to explore nearby areas. Curious about local conditions, safety, license requirements, and whether renting in the city center is practical. Has anyone done that before?

 You’ll need a valid motorcycle license with a motorcycle category for a foreigner. Helmets are mandatory, and traffic in KL can get hectic, so go slow, it's like a city driving. Roads outside the city are fine, but sudden rain can happen. And they drive on the left.
