Hi asafaffiliate,

I'm not sure how much it would cost, but you can find such individuals in places like oDesk and eLance. You can also check out Affilorama Services.

You can either provide them with links to sites where they can comment on or you can have them research for places to comment. Before hiring anyone, make sure to look at their portfolio/background thoroughly. Make sure to get a feedback or two from their previous employers.

Hope that helps. Have a good day!

You could find some serious workers with well managed profiles in freelancing websites such as freelancer.com and freelance.com. You could also post your information in linkedin which is a great network of employers.

It would be better to go for an SEO agency which optimizes the website in a search engine. The different agencies have their different charges. Find a good SEO agency through Google and go for the optimization of your site.

There are lot of people that provides same services. But blogging and forum posting can be good sources to generate traffic and business. So I would suggest you to hire any professional who has good experience in your industry. Also sound knowledge of ranking factors and latest quality guidelines of search engines.

Affiliorama Services and Freelancer have been mentioned. Let me add a couple more: Odesk and Elance. You might want to check them out, too. You can find freelancers who would do jobs from article writing to forum posting to SEO.

Good luck! Hope this helps.
