1) Post relevant, engaging content

2) Speak directly to your audience

3) Post REGULARLY

If you're doing these three things, your audience will start growing because you're engaging them, you're providing the content they want and need, (relevancy), and are giving it to them on a regular basis so they always know what to expect.
