Facebook marketing is the clear winner for a company trying to optimize their valuable and sometimes limited time. However, if you're a company owner seeking to interact with people, LinkedIn is still the way to go — despite the hoopla, it produces far more B2B leads.

There are so many ways you can generate leads on social media. First, you need to select a platform. For B2B leads, LinkedIn is an ideal platform. You can use LinkedIn automation tools to generate leads.

Facebook is much better for generating leads as it is more popular and many-sided. LinkedIn is alright for B2B, but try FB first as, from my perspective, it has bigger potential than LinkedIn.

It depends on your skills and experience. I would recommend to use Facebook because it is simlier to tune the ads there but if you are ready to spend time learning LinkedIn, this platform is definetely better for B2B.

I guess that there are plenty of ways to generate leads via social media. You can create special targeted ads with offers for example. With this strategy, you can use the highly specific targeting options of paid social ads to show your audience offers that are tailored to capture their interest. There is also a thing like sequential retargeting ads. Say someone clicked on your first ad and scrolled through the landing page but never submitted a form. You can retarget them with ads that encourage them to finish the signup process.

Remember that you have to present something of value to your prospect, and a great way to do that is through conversations that help you understand them more. If you have a genuine interest in the content or posts they create, then re-share them if they're in line with your company values and interests.

I believe that lead generation, especially when we speak about social media is such a thing which should be created by your own without any kinds of interruption, you know. I mean that all the marketing strategies should be always created by yourself because it makes your makreting campaigns unique. So, usually marketers don't like to share how they manage to attract new prospects into their companies and turn them into leads, because it's considered to be a secret. That's why you have to create your marketing strategy by your own. The more you talk about your campaign the more competitors you have, thus the less money you will receive.

Both Facebook and Linkedin could be great for generating leads, it just depends on what kind of leads do you want to generate and where your targeted audience is, which platform do they use more. The best idea actually would be to use both platforms and test where you're getting better results.
