How to deal with different countries?

I have a blog where I post affiliate products to amazon us. But I also get readers from the UK and even non-english speaking countries like France. I am losing lots of sales when non-us click on my links (60%).

How does everyone else deal with this?

I have been recommended mrredirector.com in another forum. It allows you to designate countries and unique links and will provide a universal link that redirects your visitors.

I was thinking about promoting some physical products from Amazon. I never thought about this problem though.

I don't see how mrredirector.com would work. The biggest problem I see with promoting amazon products is that you'd probably have to change your affiliate links frequently as people run out of an item or stop selling an item that you're promoting. So if you have to consider other countries too, then you'd have to link to the same products on other Amazons as well.

Some how your website would have to recognize where your visitors are coming from and change the affiliate links to their Amazon, assuming they have an Amazon. Is that possible? Then you'd have to manage all these separate affiliate links to each of the products you're promoting. Seems like a lot of work.

well, maybe, you need to change some settings, but it is better to check it in specialists
