How Do You Report a YouTube Video?

Hello,

Does anyone know how to report a video on Youtube?

A competitor is spamming with multiple keyword name accounts, all containing the exact same video, and also just posting a massive list of keywords into the description area.... the same list on every video. No value provided in the description, not a single sentence, just a long list of keywords.

Does anyone know how to get through to Youtube? Does it have something to do with your Google Account now instead of the Youtube site itself?

 Hi Asoka,

Thanks for the update! Glad to hear you were able to find the answer. ;)

Your YouTube account is tied with your Google account but if your videos are flagged down, then you are banned or suspended from accessing YouTube, but not Gmail or other Google services.

 easy way is to flag it. it would say right under the persons video. or you can do the hard/long way & go to the bottom & report it personally to youtube staff. i wouldn't recommend it since they (youtube) doesn't do much about it.

 Is there a way to attach a specific message to your spam report to detail all details of the event? Simply reporting a video might not be enough to explain why that video should be taken down. Not all forms of spam are very obvious.
