Free Classified Ads for Affiliate Marketing - Good?

Hi all,

Has anybody had any experience of submitting to the free classified ads for affiliate marketing purposes and if so what's your views on it.

This question is for Mark as well as for the members.

I came across this site and wondered what the members here think about all this.

 Hey St,

I think the real benefit of such sites is getting a one-way link from a high PR page to your site. The potential traffic is isecondary. I've actually paid for ads from classified sites just to get the high PR link. It does make a difference in your SE rankings. Thanks for posting these free sites.

 Yes the pr is a good reason for doing it, but also I've had affiliates do this and make regular sales from the classified site listing getting listed in the search engines.

The latter can be a bit of a lottery though and time can be better spent on other things if that is your reason for doing it.

 I prefer to use it for pr if you have your own site, but I recommend you try it for a couple of days and then get back to your normal affiliate marketing. You might just get lucky! some do.
