Boosted posts allow you to focus on website clicks, Page engagement, and local business promotions, but the full ads system in Ads Manager lets you choose objectives such as Store Traffic, Conversions, and Lead Generation. You can also create and manage ads through the Ads Manager mobile app. With the help of ads manager ads, you can do a retargeting campaign to increase sales.

While boosting a post is still considered an ad, Facebook ads are created through Ads Manager and offer more advanced customization solutions. There are many advertising objectives to help you reach your specific business goals and the audiences you care about most.

A Facebook ad is a more thought-out campaign generated in Facebook Ads Manager, while boosting a post is a fast way to put money behind an existing post from your Facebook page.

The most transparent way of promotion on Facebook is to pay to “boost” one of your messages. Simply choose a target demographic and a budget by clicking the small blue button next to every article on your business website. When you're done, Facebook will turn your original post into an ad, complete with a "sponsored" tag in the top-left corner.

It takes a little more effort to create a personalized Facebook Ad than it does to raise a tweet. However, if you're able to wade into Facebook's convoluted Ad Manager, you'll find an endless supply of advertisement choices.

While these two often get mixed up, the difference is very clear. Short Answer: Boosting a post is a quick way to put money behind an existing post from your Facebook page, while a Facebook ad is a more thought-out campaign created in Facebook Ads Manager.

Boosting a post is a fast way to put money behind an existent post from your Facebook page, while a Facebook ad is a higher thought-out campaign created in Facebook Ads Manager.
Firstly, any business requires to identify exactly what they're desiring to achieve with an ad. For example, if you want to develop your brand awareness or audience engagement on your Page, boosting a post is a great way to increase visibility and grow your audience. To create more advanced ad campaigns and types, use Ads Manager.

Hey

On a wider level, a mix of Facebook ads and boosted posts are usually the best way to break up your Facebook social media marketing budget. Boosted posts will allow you to build your brand's reach and fan base, while ads can help you translate your brand's presence into tangible outcomes.

While boosting a post is as yet viewed as a promotion, Facebook advertisements are made through Ads Manager and offer further developed customization arrangements. There are many promoting targets to help you arrive at your particular business objectives and the crowds you care about most.
