Article Marketing Automation + Web 2.0 & Article Sites

Hello Fellow Affiloramaniacs,

I use Articles Marketing Automation (AMA), like many of you.

This is my method right now:

1. A 500 word original article goes on my site

2. A NEW 500 word original article, based on the same keyword as the article above gets posted on Ezine and points to my site

3. I have the article in #2 spun for AMA (about 150% rewritten by AMA standards), and I post unique spins of that article on Squidoo, GoArticles, Article Dashboard, etc.

Confused yet? :-)

Here's my question:

Are these "spins" unique enough? Is it doing any good to have that may similar articles pointing to my page?

Granted, the article on my site is completely unique, so I'm not concerned about that.

I look forward to getting everyone's feedback on this.

Thanks!

-Devin

See if Google indexes them and that will give you the answer. I suggest you bookmark and ping the web 2.0 sites to give yourself the best chance.

I would like to know this as well, because i am doing the same thing, one unique article to my site, another unique article (spun) to AMA, Web 2.0, Article Directories.

Thanks for the feedback Louis31. I found that some of my articles on directories were not even indexed after a few months. I'll focus on the directories that will get articles indexed

another way to use those articles that most people never think about. save them as pdf files. ( if you use Word2007 you can create PDFs easily)

Submit them to file sharing sites such as
http://www.docstoc.com
http://www.slideshare.net/
http://www.scribd.com
http://www.box.net
http://www.esnips.com/
http://www.divshare.com/

there are many more of these types of sites that you can use to post your articles. put together 3-4 related articles, and you have a report.

if you have power point or a similar program, you can set up a simple slide show and record a short video. Use your subheadings as bullet points.
Use a CamStudio (free screencapture program) and record a short video, then post it to youtube, facebook, myspace, and other video sharing sites. post the video on your web2.o sites, and bookmark them.
if you already have the content, it won't take long to do these, and you can get a lot more links very quickly.

i also do it and it works great, the article need to be unique in 40% for google to index it. still sometimes google dont index them, but most of them are indexed so it is a great way.

i also notice that the same article on 10 different artcile directories can also be indexed 10 times...... i think becuase the layout of the directories is different so although the article is not unique the combination of article + different website layout can do the trick!

I find that few show as being index, in backlinking tools. But after testing out 2 sites (only using article marketing and AMautomation) I now have a steady stream of visits. each site has at least 5K per month from google, laser targeted traffic! One site I havent even build one extra link and it was my first Affilorama site and traffic is increasing each month (now 7K per month). Both sites are earning very good, I cant speak highly enough for AMautomation. I actually stopped using it because I thought that it was useless (because I couldnt find any backlinks) however now after a year Ive re-signed up submitted 6 articles and have seen keywords increase several pos's in SERPS. Amautomation is certainly the backbone of my Link building.

I find backlinking extremely difficult. I had never thought of what jmpruitt said in his post. That is a first for me, that is converting word documents to pdf and submitting to sharing sites. Great info thanks
