Questions regarding Adsense

Good day one and all. I'm excited to be here and look forward to being taught and then hopefully contribute to the team.
From the onset with the 90 day plan it asks to pick a niche..WOW!
Where to start?
Thanks for the guidance...in advance
Also any thoughts on the following:
PlrPro content reworked on a high paying keyword for an adsense site and then SEO the pages for organic searches?
If so: xsitepro to build a site for content and affiliate links to monetize.
or
HyperVRE since they have the facility to integrate PLR info AND integrate affiliate keywords in the texts to monetize.
Should adsense and affiliate links be mixed in the same site or does that deter the attention of the visitors?

I feel I'm at a crossroad and don't know which avenue to take.
I'm totally new at this, I've read a lot (hopefully good info) and since I'm really visual, I like the Affilorama concept of video based learning.
Hope my questions are not confusing.
Thanks again.
Regards,
Francois

Welcome Francois,

It seems you have a good grasp of the basics so far with a couple of the ideas you want to do. What market were you planning on doing for the adsense site? Some markets pay more than others you know :) You could do what you suggested and then have a newsletter box to promote an affiliate product or something along those lines.

Welcome Francois, we'll be glad to help you out.

I've tried the free hyper Vre software, and the paid one had some bugs. Between the two, I would choose Xsitepro.

Adrian,

Thanks Adrian, no market selected yet and I like the idea of the box for an affiliate driven newsletter.

Thanks Superaff for the warning on the bugs with HyperVRE.

and Thanks Sean 06, I will check out Dreamweaver.

regards,
Francois

Dreamweaver is a little more expensive that the others, but it's pretty good and I don't think it's too hard to use. Saying that, I've never used XSitePro or HyperVRE.

I second Sean06 on this. I suggested Xsitepro for two reasons:

Cheaper

Enable to create adsense sites very quickly.

But I think Dreamweaver is better if you plan to start with one quality site and different than others.
