How to get approved by Commission Junction without Website

I want to know that can I get approval from CJ like Clickbank without any famous website

 You can email them through the Advertiser's profile. You should have a decent looking website first of all. Some Advertisers decline publishers based on certain criteria like how long you have been on the network, your country of origin, state where you live, and what your website looks like. If it doesn't look like a fit they may decline you. However, some have it set to decline automatically, so you have to send that email.

 CJ is instant approval. When you create an account with them (even if they ask you for your website link), you will be able to register.

However, unlike Clickbank, you need to send an individual application to CJ's advertisers. If you get declined, you need to directly contact the advertiser and explain in detail your marketing plans. A solid marketing plan will help you get approved even without a website.
