Reaching an "Impossible" goal
I had a strange experience today:
I typically like to spend a day or two around the end of the year reading back over old journals to see how far I’ve come and how my life has changed.
Anyway, back in 2009, I first got started with AffiloBlueprint. Back then another member named “jem008” posted a screenshot of his ClickBank account. He was making just under $1000 per week.
Because I was new and needed some inspiration, I actually printed out his ClickBank screenshot and kept it with me. I’d look at it every day, pretending it was my own ClickBank account, before I started working on SEO and spinning articles through 2010.
Anyway, I found that old print out today, stuffed in one of my old journals.
The strange thing is that I now make more money than that.
Not a ton more, but still more.
It was strange because I remember spending so much time looking at that old print out. It almost seemed like an impossible goal to reach. No matter how hard I worked, the idea of making much money was always just out of reach for me.
And I can hardly believe that I beat that goal this year.
I was completely dumbstruck.
Don’t give up on online marketing, everyone.
Like Mark Ling says, your goals are just a little bit outside your reach. Just keep going and you can get there. You may not finish first in the marathon. But as long as you stay in the race, you’ll eventually get to the finish line.

PS: I don’t mean this to brag or anything, but I want to post my screenshot today.
Maybe it can be motivational for anyone out there just starting out, like I was back in 2009:
