How can I backup Google Workspace emails by date range?

To back up Google Workspace emails by date range, use the SysInfo Google Workspace Backup Tool. First, install and launch the software, then select the option to back up Google Workspace data or Gmail emails. Sign in to your Google Workspace account using the required credentials and select the user account you want to back up. Next, choose Gmail and select the required folders or mailbox data. The software provides an **Advanced Date Mail Filter**, allowing you to specify a Start Date and End Date so that only emails within the selected period are included in the backup.
After applying the date filter, select your preferred output format. The tool supports formats such as **PST, MSG, MBOX, EML, EMLX, PDF, and CSV**, giving you flexibility in storing and accessing your backed-up emails. You can also choose options such as saving attachments separately, excluding duplicate emails, or skipping previously migrated data.
Finally, choose the destination folder and start the backup process. This approach is particularly useful when you only need to archive emails from a specific period instead of backing up the entire mailbox, helping save time and keeping the resulting backup organized.
