Are You Not Making Money Online?

Hello there!

For those who don't know me, my name is Jackson Lin and I started out with Affilorama just under 2 years ago.

When I first started internet marketing, I thought it was a big scam and the only reason I purchased Affiloblueprint and Affilorama's stuff at the time was this - it was only promising to make me $50 a week and it didn't seem like total BS!

It accidentally found Mark Ling's stuff while I was on one of my internet marketing product buying sprees and I stumbled upon one of Mark's videos as a "FREE BONUS" in one of those products. The FREE Bonus of Mark's was worth so much more than the product I bought so I decided to give it a shot.

Fast forward to now.

I am making decent money passively each and every single week - compared to my friends who work full time jobs, I make more than they do... whilst I sleep!

And the best thing is, internet marketing has given me the lifestyle that I want.

Now enough of talking about how awesome I am, and how well I'm doing, I'm here to tell you that you have all the knowledge and resources I had when I first started - if not more. What made me able to succeed was something that most people neglect because it seems very basic.

You hear many people talking about how you need to have the right mindset to succeed, and I initially thought "oh yeah sure, just be positive and stuff". However, it is actually much more than that.

I have been on the forums a while trying to help others, and I have noticed one big thing:

A lot of people seem to think they have the right mindset. But in reality, they are negative in their attitudes and this reflects in their results.

When I first started I was happy - and still am, to see my sites moving in the top 1000 of the SERPS! I look for reasons to celebrate progress because it keeps me motivated and makes me want to take more action!

Now some people might be thinking "you're just delusional and ignore the things that don't work".

Well you know what?

That's EXACTLY what I do!

I look for the positives and totally remove negative thoughts from my mind. I just keep focusing on what's working and I drop what's not working.

Sure, I might be delusional and not "realistic" but if you think about how much my lifestyle has changed within these past 2 years, it would be considered "unrealistic" to most people as well.

Now I cannot stress to you how important having the right mindset is, so here are some books I recommend you read. They really changed my life:

1. Think & Grow Rich by Napolean Hill
2. The 4 Hour Work Week by Timothy Ferris

Once you get your mind on track, the knowledge you learn from Affilorama will come into play!

I hope this post has inspired some of you members to take action and keep on moving forward. I just started a blog about my internet marketing journey, please check it out:

Thanks for reading my post and honestly, Affilorama totally rocks!

Great post Jackson, I totally agree.

I speak to people all the time who think they have got a positive attitude, that is until something goes wrong and they start complaining.

Great books by the way. Think and Grow Rich is an all time classic. Some other good ones regarding mindset are:

    The Success Principles
    The Alchemist
    Seeds of Greatness

I agree. One thing I see all the time is people who just started out, worried about not making sales, not getting the rankings they want, and totally ignoring all the progress they have made. every step forward is a move towards success.

Mindset encompasses positive thinking, but it is a lot more than that. Part of mindset to me is thinking about testing, and looking at things from a customer's perspective and not your own. Also, it can include things like troubleshooting problems rather than complaining about them, and taking responsibility for what happens in your business rather than blaming it on competition, search engines, or the training programs that you are using.

For every complaint I see on the forums and from people, I know at least 5 people who faced the same problem and figured out a way around it. Don't wait for someone else to fix things for you, be willling to try things for yourself, and you will learn a lot faster.

    Great post--- thanks :))

Do you remember how long it took for you to say earn your first $50/week...
and do you recall how long it took you to get there?
