Suitable Plug-In For Backing Up Website Files & Database?

Hi all!

I have a WordPress website that has unrelated content to what I want to achieve with Affilorama. As I do wish to use it for an Affilorama product, I need to back up and save all the files and database to my hard drive [if that’s possible], for later use.

Would anyone know of a suitable and up-to-date plug-in to do so?

I've managed to manually save all my website information stored from my host's server to my desktop, etc. in the end.
