Is there a training on creating an opt-in box?

First let me admit to being a technological idiot. I want to build an opt-in box for my site and link it to Aweber and I am just lost. Is there a training for doing this?

 You may refer to the videos in Step 8 of Affiloblueprint on how to map out and create your own newsletter series, including creating your own sign up forms.

If you're using Affilotheme on your site, you can use the built-in squeeze page creator by going to Affilotheme > Squeeze Pages and Opt in Forms.

You can also create your own opt in form in Aweber, then link it to your Affiloblueprnit site : http://www.aweber.com/build-web-forms.htm

 I have the same issue here. How to use your opt-in page with my own site? (self hosted and non affiliotheme) ? And I subscribed with Fluttermail.
