how do i use the instapop plugin for WP

looking for something to get instapop set up. installed the plugin now i need to know how to make it work.

 ok update. i have been working on this all day and only slight success. at least the popup shows up now but there is nothing in it. can someone look and tell me what I am doing wrong?

 The pop up has info in it when I clicked on
Using firefox
But dont know how others feel but when I get one on a site I just click off the site I want to look at the site and decide

 this is wierd, because now it is showing, and In the plug in edit screen the box is blank
