How Do I Remove Dates on My Posts?

Hey,

is it possible to get rid of dates on posts?

example:
Posted on 4th September 2014 in learn french

 HI Alain,

You can go to Affilotheme > Design and Layout > Post Settings, scroll down to Post Meta and delete whatever code you see there. Then, enter the following "[categories]". Enter the code without the "" marks. Save and then clear your browser's cache before visiting the site again.

The dates will disappear from the posts and replaced by the categories that posts are published under.
