How do I access my MX records?

Hi,

I was on the phone with Go daddy because my email [email protected] does not work, I can send, not receive they said that I needed access to the MX Records. I have Affilojetpack my website is mistressinyou.com. I would like to know how do I get access or would like to know if there is a process for this situation.

 The email address in Affilojetpack Hosting where your website is hosted is an email forwarding address only. This means that all emails sent to that email address will be forwarded to your personal email address.

If you want to send and receive emails from your domain email address, then you need to purchase email services from your domain register and we will tell you how to configure the MX records, or you can follow the steps on the following video :

Thank you for your reply, yes I did purchase email services from Godaddy. My main problem is that If I change DNS to point to my Affilojepack website, my Godaddy email goes down. Godaddy was telling me I needed to configure my MX records which are not on their end as my DNS is manage on this end. I would like to know if is something I can do or you do.

 The domain name is registered with GoDaddy. What you need to do is point the nameservers back to Godaddy's. Then, access the A/MX records from within your GoDaddy account, and change the A record (only the A record!) to the IP address of your Affilojetpack website.

I suggest you send an email to our support team so we can give you the IP address for your website.
