how can insert a mail form on the Joomla website?

Hi Guys!
I have php forms. I need to paste it on the page (CMS Joomla) and that this form would work with the database.
What should I do?

 Joomla has its own contact form but you may also install one of these Joomla contact form modules/plugins

 Messaging is a module/plugin that needs to be activated. Additionally, CommunityBuilder extension has messaging, mass messaging, private messaging capabilities.
