Help me set up wordpress please

Hi, I am a total newbie that has signed up for the premium package complete with the free hosting - now I would really love to start a wordpress site but have no idea how to get this to happen. I have linked my domain name to affilorama so that is ok.
I have downloaded Filezilla FTP and have kinder worked that out, I have even purchased Artisteer but I just can't work out how to do the wordpress bit through the premium hosting section.
Please can someone help and an even bigger please - in simple language for a fool (me).

It's really good for you to learn how to do this and watch those videos. However, even though I know how to do this and plenty more things I outsource this job. If you want to outsource this job, let me know. I can get it done for you for $20.00. It includes my personal arsenal of addon's that I use including Google Analytics which is highly recommended for tracking your hits.
