Clickbank Affiliate Links Refers Me Back To My Site

When I create a link and paste in my Clickbank hoplink via Wordpress page editor, the link ends up taking me to another page on my own site.

I tested by creating a normal link to another website and it all works well.

I have also tried going back to Clickbank and getting another url, but the same thing still happens.

Has anyone else experienced this? Can someone please point me in the right direction?

Thanks

Thomas

Hi Thomas,

Are you using the Affiliate Redirects to create redirects for your affiliate links? If so, please check the redirect you're using and make sure it contains the complete and correct Clickbank affiliate link. Otherwise, it will just point back to a page on your site and say "Page Not Found".

If you're referring to a Clickbank affiliate link, then I suggest you check the link itself and the Clickbank ID you're using is correct.

I also suggest clearing your browser's cache before checking the links.

Hope that helps. Have a good day!

Thank you Cecille. I checked the redirects and found the error. Thanks.
