...Bandwidth

My site is SurvivetheNews ... which is a .com -- okay no hyperlink... you better now about that?

I need bandwidth I'm getting hit hard by viral traffic, and the site keeps going down.

How bout you help me instead of threatening me this time?

I tried emailing but it's screwed up and just keeps telling me there are errors!

The issue on your domain's SSL certificate is now resolved. You should now be able to access your site without any issue.

 Hey so again, I need more bandwidth I'm literally bringing in 7-10k a day right now and a lot of people on my email list keep complaining about being able to access the site... I even can't access my website.

PLEASE!

This needs to have a fix today otherwise I NEED <- I NEED, not want to, I NEED TO MOVE MY SITE TO ANOTHER HOST!!!

Please help here, also let me know what you can do about help with DDoS attacks as I'm sure that also may be an issue coming up because of the content on the site.

Please help me get my DNS changed or get me my EPP for transfer please.
I'd appreciate not having to keep harassing you to help me out.

This is day 6 of all this, this could have been done the first day, you could have told me to move the hosting. Would have been done and I would have gotten out of your hair!

Is there a paid option for technical support, shoot me your paypal I'll pay you personally to help me today get these simple things sorted out.

One thing you could do is fix your settings page so that I could just do this myself! You're causing problems for yourself and me with that.

Such a simple thing... changing DNS.

But I need four addresses to submit to, not just two.

 Hi Nathan,

Your domain's DNS had been pointed to your new host Friday last week. Your domain's EPP code was also sent to its admin email on the same day.

Unfortunately, our AffiloJetpack server is not designed for a news portal website such as survivethenews.com website. This is the reason why you were getting those bandwidth issues.
