Anyone familiar with Tetra? How do you install it?

I have been trying to install Tetra the RSS tool on my website and am very frustrated. I spent 5 hours trying to get it installed properly but to no avail. Does anyone out there know about Tetra?

Yes I have tried it and it does not work. I spent 5+ hours trying to get this sucker to work but to no avail! I got a blank box to show up but that was about it.

 Hi Elmo,

Tetra is that "fancy pants" rss to html script right - it scrolls the feeds? Have you tried Carp? It's pretty easy to set up and will achieve the same thing except it doesn't scroll.
