45% Bounce Rate Avg 6min on Site But no Sale. Why?

Hi Guys,
I will love some input on my site http://www.natural-infertility-cure.com

My bounce rate is 45% which I think is extremely low and so really good and the avg time on my site is 6min. The site has been up for about 2.5 months and for the past 2 weeks there is an avg of 15 visitors a day.

I have done lots of article submission but many of them had been submitted for more than 10 days and still not approved. Does any of you have the same experience?

I also did some blogging. Squidoo block my topic and I am still trying to find out why.

Currently I have 58 backlinks (including no follow) to my site.

My big question is since visitors are staying so long on my site, why am I not making any sales?

 I think you have a good site. It's very informative, the articles are written well and the pictures that you used have a good resolution. Personally, I'd prefer a lighter colored background. The one on your site is a bit too strong for me.

A promotional image to the top right of your article with a call to action inside it would help monetize your site.

The links on some your pages are not within the fold. You could make some adjustments so that the links would be obvious and your visitors won’t have to scroll down to find them.

I noticed that you have used more than one keyword to optimize your page for. Choosing one keyword to optimize your page for will give you a better chance to rank well. It's hard to do on page SEO for multiple keywords.

 Thanks, Michelle for the tip about keywords. Just to clarify, do you advise using one keyword phrase for the whole site, or just per page? Thanks.

 Please use one keyword phrase per page. You need to put this keyword on your page title, meta keyword, h1, and within the first 50 words of your article.

Thanks for you reply.
Yes, I've got a couple of keywords per page for some of them cos I set the site up before I had AB and the guru that I was following taught that. I have changed it for my newer pages to reflect only 1 keyword per page.

Fingers cross that I start to see the fruits of my labour.

 15 visitors a day means how many visitors in total? And how many people have clicked on your hoplink? Have you been through the video in week 9?

I suspect that you're not getting enough traffic to draw any conclusions yet. Remember that you'd be lucky to make one sale per 100 clicks on your hoplink.

Go through the week 9 video again and see how your site measures up at each step. But remember traffic is the most important part: If you're not getting the traffic, you can't start analyzing anything else, really.
