I've seen some page rank higher than others even though they have fewer number of backlinks. does anyone know why?
The Money is definitely in the list. At least that is what everybody thinks.
But after 3 years online I figured out that money is in the TEAM.

There are a lot of factors that contribute to a page ranking other than backlinks. One important factor is the content of your site. Other factors are age of the site, title, H1 Tag, bounce rate, etc.

In Mark's Commission Blueprint webinar Steve tells us that content has nothing to do with PR. He says after all his tests on 200 domains over 1 year the only factor that contributed to page rank was back link quantity and quality. Don't quote me on that but if someone has the link you should watch that webinar. I only watched the link building portion of it but I learned a few things!
