Hello again Can someone explain the meaning, using the simplest jargon possible of Custom Meta Code which should be inserted into the lower window of my SEO settings, please?

Hi Andrew,
Custom meta tags are usually the meta-description for the site. This is where you enter a brief description of the page. It's best to use your target keywords in the meta-description of the site whenever possible.

Meta tags/code, tells search engines (and other sites) what the page is about, for example google will use your Title Tag and Meta Description Tag, to display your webpage in the search engine results pages (SERPS), you know those 10 blue links.
So make them good and relevant so people will want to click on them, it's like a little free mini ad. ;-)
