I agree with the previous summaries regarding off-page SEO, I only want to highlight the importance of having an effective marketing strategy and creating shortcuts to your target audience. Nowadays, everyone uses social media to promote their brand, but do they really know how to properly leverage those profiles? Collecting customer data from so many sources is no easy feat and is time-consuming by default. Yet, all efforts made to unify your overall digital marketing strategy are well worth it IMO. If done properly, you'll be able to curate better campaigns (perhaps with the help of web push notifications) and have far fewer issues on the customer retention front in the future.
