 Do you have a wordpress website? If yes then you can use Link Whisper for doing internal linking. It is a premium tool but it is worth the money you spend on it. It will certainly help your pages getting indexed fast if you build internal links with it.

 It's simply a link from one page on your website to another one on your website. Basically there are no websites which work without internal links. So, these links help both users and search engine to use the links which direct at your website's pages.
