what about am automation and seolinkvine`

hey guys what do you think how many articles should we submit to these services each week and how many unique variations should we provide with each article.

is it ok to have 3 links in the article itself or anyone using resource boxes.

I personally submit as many as I can, and that's not actually many as I do not have much time for writing and spinning and I am also a slow writer. You do not have to come up with many unique variations as there are spinners inside those services and those will come up with unique versions for you.

But what I would recommend for you to do is, if you are using the articles that are up on your own site, rewrite them first. If you will submit to both seolinkv and ama, you need to have two rewrites. Spin one rewrite on ama and spin the other on seolinkv.

You should put in at least three spins for each sentence in your article. And also put in subspins wherever possible but take care to preserve the original meaning.

On ama and seolinkv you do not use resource boxes. The articles are supposed to be anonymous so you do not put in anything to identify you as the author, otherwise your article could be rejected by a number of sites that ama and seolinkv submit them to. Just put your links in the body of your article, and make it look natural.

Thanks for your email.

I use AMA and not SLV, but since they are similar services I will answer in relation to my sites anyway.

I am glad to tell you that none of my sites have suffered from the last google algorithm change. Of course, I do not attribute this to AMA alone because I also submit to other article directories, and engage in other off-page SEO methods like social bookmarking, social networking, blog-commenting, forum-posting.

If you have not already done so, please post this on the forum also so that other members can share their experiences with you.

I hope that helps.

Thanks for sharing this information, Jasjot. I'm glad to hear that you were not negatively affected by the algorithm change. You must have written high quality articles! :) I'm sure your marketing and link building strategies (social bookmarking, social networking, blog commenting, forum posting) also helped a lot.

Matt Cutts posted a video this week on Article marketing that you should check out before you think about relying on it for SEO :

I think article marketing can still be an effective way to get a lot of links but you shouldn't rely on it. Also, think about different ways to use your articles. For example, rather than submitting articles to sites that don't do you any good (like those blog networks), find the real blogs that actually get you some traffic, and exposure and do some guest posting.

I do 2-3 guest posts/week, and usually I get 200-300 visitors per guest post. On the rare occassion that I get one on one of the A list blogs, I can get a lot more than that.

Of course Google don't like SEO - it strips them of their income :o)

@ jasjot - I have had great results using SLV and an article submission service, even more since the last G burp - so as long as you have variety in your links and are submitting on a consistent basis I wouldn't worry about any glitches in Google's digestive system :)
