SEO not showing on Homepage but showing on other pages

Hi Guys,
I installed wordpress on my domain and copied over all my pages which were previously done on Frontpage.

I updated all the SEO in wordpress. When I run Traffic Travis, I notice that my SEO done for my homepgae was not being registered by Traffic Travis even though it was alright for my other pages.

Any idea why this is so?

 I saw a previous post in this forum on this issue. Can you please type in your meta keywords and description for your home page by going to Settings > All in One SEO plug in?

Some of the members were able to resolved the problem by doing this.
