SEO for Youtube

i'm thinking about promoting my site products even with youtube.

as in the AB course it's not covered, can anyone tell me how the ranking works in you tube? how to be high in its serp?

 YouTube is favored by Google so using it would be good for your site :)

There's a good blog article that was written by one of our senior staff members on video SEO (the comments at the end of the blog post are also helpful): Video SEO – Are you surfin’ the tube?

He has also posted information on how to add your affiliate link over the top of a YouTube clip on your site: Overlay links on embedded YouTube clips

 Yeah, I hope there is an update on AB Course regarding this one because Google bought youtube and there is so much traffic out there in youtube. Also, If you look at first page of google, there are youtube videos of it almost everytime. Cheers
