re-writing articles with multiple keywords

Hi all-
I'm working on re-writing my articles and am wondering if it is ok to use multiple keywords in one article or should you only stick to one keyword per article, thanks?

 hey jessi. when you are doing your articles, you should limit yourself to one or two keywords per article. more than that and they come off as spammy

 I like to use my keywords not more than two times in an article.Specially If you are going to use those article for web 2.0 promotion than you must have to stick with 2 keywords anchor text in a single article.
