Link prospective advice?

I am planning to do some prospective for link building. How to do it effectively? Can you recommend proven link prospecting tools based on your experience?

Relevant links will boost your SEO. So try to build them manually.

There is no need to use a tool for link building, you should give a couple of hours to create link building. It is a part of white hat SEO which could take time but give effective results.
