Idea on new Algorithm update?

Do anyone have a prior idea on the new algorithm update? Is it related to a content violation or any technical changes?

 The last algo update was August of last year and this was something niche related, specifically affecting health/medical websites. You can check the algo history of Google here:

 There are new algorithm updates which are rolling and some are prolonged. The last update is will affecting the ranking in SERP's.
