I feel like I keep getting scammed with backlink providers

It just seems like there's so many backlink providers out there who start out strong, but then just wind up taking your money and doing nothing for you. I just can't seem to find anything that does what it says it does.

I tried SEOlinkvine, and did so much work, and I got no results for easy, low competition keywords. They told me to hold on, that it takes time for results. 8 months later, nothing except a lighter wallet.

Then I tried article productions, put so much work into learning the system and uploading articles, only to have the site and entire network disappear overnight, along with all of my backlinks.

I recently signed up for linxboss after doing some research, but I'm nervous since nothing has happened yet, and no one is responding to e-mails. So I did some further searching, and found some comments in forums along the lines of they're pretty much out of business, they started strong, but no one is doing anything now except collecting money.

I've resorted to going to random backlink people on fiver.com. I just don't know what to do. If I ask people for recommendations, they refer me to not the service that actually works, but to the service that will give them the biggest kickback with their affiliate link (which is how I wound up at linxboss).

Frustrated. I'd like to spend around $150 a month or less and actually see some results. All of my keywords are regional-based low ranking keywords, so it shouldn't be that much of a challenge. Anyone have any tips?

Hi rocktech,

At this point, I would suggest you do it on your own for now. It will not only save you money, but you will learn various backlinking strategies as well. This will give you knowledge as well which will help you better screen backlinking strategies.

You can also check out Affilorama Services for backlinking services. Some of the adverts in that section have feedback regarding the advertised service.

Hope that helps. Have a good day!

You must build your Backlinks to a relevant website and it is better if that web page that your link is sitting has a page rank of 5+.

Thanks, I started out doing it on my own, but I just don't have the time to anymore. I have a business to run. And I understand the importance of relevance/page rank, which is what most backlink services promise. But there's no way of really screening any of them other than genuine reviews (which are buried and impossible to find) or actually trying them, since they all like to keep their private network "hidden". So I'm still back to square one.

I guess I'll just scan the boards and try to find something. Seems odd that with all of these linkbuilding services out there, none of them really follow through.

Hi rocktech,

Sadly, there will always be people and companies who are out to take away our hard earned money. I am not endorsing this particular service but you might want to consider this one:

SEOJuice (RAVE REVIEWS)- High Quality, Cheap SEO - UNDER $30

There are some good feedback on that service.

Please note that while we do allow members to advertise their services in the Affilorama Services section, we do not endorse them or their services.

Hope that helps. Have a good day!

Hello everyone!

Hey Cecille, have you used this service yourself?

The reason that I ask is that I have spent countless hour's looking for a good backlink service that doesn't cost an arm and a leg and gives you real "quality" links. Most of them want to charge hundereds of dollars for a dozen or so "quality" links and the other one's offer prices like 1000 links for just $9.99, which at best these will be profile links that are worthless.

Thanks
Never Give Up!!!

Profile links actually do pack a punch IF you can get them indexed and IF they come from decent pr sites. Only use blog comments once at most for IP diversification. I currently have three main outsourcers that i turn to for ranking my sites.

I highly recommended you look around at the warrior forum to see what they have to offer. If you still need help ill give you a few links to high quality offers that WILL help you rank easier.

Hi Paul,

As mentioned in my earlier post, I haven't tried the service myself. I do not endorse it but did include a link to the ad in my post because rocktech might be interested in the service provided. I checked the ad myself and the feedback on the service is mostly good. The Affilorama member dave333 who provides the service responds to inquiries in a timely manner which indicates that he provides good support to clients. That's something you want to look for in a service provider.

It's really difficult to find a good backlink service. That is why I would suggest that you do a thorough research on an advertised service first like looking for feedback on the Warrior Forum and similar communities. Build backlinks to your site on your own from time to time as well, even though you've already hired someone to do it for you.

Hope that helps. Have a good day!
